Golden Sun is a role-playing game developed by Camelot Software Planning and published by Nintendo for the Game Boy Advance. The game was released in Japan in 2001, and in North America and Europe in 2002. It was critically acclaimed and was praised for its unique gameplay mechanics, story, and characters. The game follows Isaac, a young man who must embark on a quest to save the world from a powerful evil. Golden Sun was followed by a sequel, Golden Sun: The Lost Age, which was released in 2003.
