Pokemon Emerald Extreme Randomizer is a ROM hack of the classic Game Boy Advance game Pokemon Emerald. The original Pokemon Emerald, developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo, was released in 2005 and is renowned for its post-game content and competitive battling features.
